Lara Falberg has been teaching since February of 2006 and was trained at Peachtree Yoga in Atlanta, Georgia. Her goal is to never teach the same class twice and uses a variety of ways to get into a pose, and to provide a creative, dynamic, and joyful class. She loves using props and examining alignment. She encourages attention to the subtle nuances that allow each individual to experience a posture based on their awareness in the given moment. Lara feels that the collective experience enjoyed via a group practice is a sharing of energy and attitude and we each have a great effect on the class experience as a whole. She encourages her classes to share in a joint group intention as well as to explore their own personal intentions based on what they bring to their mat with each individual practice. |

Ana Lisa Shanti Cesare was introduced to Yoga at age 15 but fell in love with it during a Shinzen Young meditation retreat. The fascination led her to explore the variations in forms of Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga working with LA's Sean Corn and Shiva Rea. When Integral Yoga came into her life she realized that every intention and every moment of her life had to come from the heart. Yoga wasn't purely about the asana (posture) any more, it was the whole package; integrating mind, body, and spirit to awaken the energetic fire in all of us. The yoga she teaches is an energetic release of playfulness, empowerment, and surrender. |
